An average-sized vertical baler with external cylinders has the following measurements:

Sizes vertical cardboard balers
We’ve sorted vertical balers into three groups based on the cardboard bale weight they produce. For each of these vertical baler groups, we separated the internal and external pressing systems.
We divided the pressing systems because internal pressing systems have a lower height but cost more than their external cylinder baler counterparts.
#1) Small cardboard baler sizes
A small-sized cardboard baler creates bales weighing between 67-176 lbs / 30-80 kg. The dimension of small cardboard balers are between (l*w*h):
- Lower bound dimensions: 38.4 x 28.2 x 78.2 Inches / 975 x 715 x 1985 mm
- Upper bound dimensions: 53.5 x 35.2 x 93.3 Inches / 1360 x 895 x 2370 mm

Closed- and open-end horizontal balers come in a wide variety of sizes, partly by their customizability with recycling conveyors, feed entries, and the room needed for the compressed materials leaving the open-end baling channel.
